4. What is your perception in the old and new generation?

Eventually old generation is wide different to the new generation, my perception whenever I heard the word old generation is that they are more practical in terms of decision making, they do it critically to avoid any erroneous deeds. They used to think and plan more than nowadays. They have long life compared this new generation because they eat more on nutritious foods and avoid foods like junk foods and beers that could weakened their body. As what I’ve observed and learned there was less pollution in the environment and they do not get sick quickly. In the context of the Philippines, women are very conservative when it comes to the dress code and courting process is very hard for any man.

New generation is more on instant thing which involves food, fast transport, fast communication over cellular phones or internet, hobbies are surfing, facebook, twitter and etc. They would prefer to go the gym than walking or running in the morning to be physically fit. Indeed, modern advancements have changed the lives of so many. In terms of socializing the new generation engages more on finding friends online rather than that going or meeting friends in an actual way. New generation is likely too dependent on how technology helps them. As what I’ve experience my mother would always say that we in this generation is truly different from what they’ve experience before. They Difference between new generation and previous generations are made evident through their different experiences, attitudes, and values.
