2. How will you bridge the gap of the students Y and Z?

 

It is indeed a very difficult task to cohere the gap between students Y and Z. From my point of view as their educator one way of bridging the gap is through “communication”. Indeed it is very vital in terms of connecting the differences of the students y & z, although they differ but the most important thing that should be emphasize is to create a good relationship not just student to teacher but student themselves also, be open in all things and accept whether it’s positive no negative feedback. Cater what they need, help them but we must not spoon feed them.  Engage them in collaborative activities where both students can create higher thinking skills and be active learners in the class. Exploring young minds through the use of technology and for those who are not capable of using it maybe they could have a buddy which has the skills and knowledge and from that they could gain something from their partner in one way or another.

To be effective also in bridging the gap of these students, as their facilitator I will be fair enough in dealing with students y and z, impart values for them to be able to respect one another despite of their social, emotional, intellectual and spiritual aspects in life. Appreciate what they have at this moment and help one another to create harmonious relationship that even they differ in a lot of thing they still bare in their mind that as a student they have these duties to do not for themselves but for their constituents.
